Chamomile is a well-known plant species from the Asteraceae family it can be used to make a tea which is considered to be good for wellbeing and health. The video below shows how to grow German Chamomile from seeds.

Chamomile is great for bees. It takes 2 to 3 weeks to germinate. In hotter climates, germination can be quicker. Seeds tend to germinate more easily with some light – so don’t plant them to deep. The plants are winter hardy, but should be started before the winter frost.
